Carrie has been interested in all things artistic for as long as she can remember.  Growing up she enjoyed following along with television art programs like The Secret City Adventures with Mark Kistler, The Nature World of Captain Bob, and of course Bob Ross, she found she had a real talent and love for creating beautiful and interesting works of art.  

It was during her high school years that Carrie discovered she didn’t need paint, pencils, and charcoal to create art. When she got her first job in a bakery (long before the days of FoodNetwork) she discovered a love of creating edible art using buttercream and fondant.

 

In addition to all things artsy, a few of her favorite things include spending time with her fiancé and their two cats, drinking coffee, going to wine and beer tastings, and reading like books are going out of style.

 

Over the years she has expanded her repertoire to include more varied mediums and topics and she loves to share her work and learn from other artists.
